Common law is a very popular topic currently due to the legal system and their most recent trials regarding our constitutional rights. What most people don’t know is that they are using the wrong term when they use common law vs civil law because what’s common is what most people are used to and what the courts are enforcing.
What is common law?
Common law defined (from Cornell) is:
“Common law is law that is derived from judicial decisions instead of from statutes. American courts originally fashioned common law rules based on English common law until the American legal system was sufficiently mature to create common law rules either from direct precedent or by analogy to comparable areas of decided law.”
The technical common law definition is far different from “Law common to i” which is the REAL name for what men and women think they are enforcing when they hold their own court.
Law common to i is far more powerful than civil law and is hidden knowledge that is being discovered by men and women all over the world. They are realizing that it stands above the Supreme Court of any country or state.

Common law examples:
Some well known common law examples are connected to common law marriage, the common law concept related to the confidentiality of the doctor-patient relationship, and common-law copyright.
Law common to i examples:
- Getting paid for orders such as “stepping out of your car” or “paying child support”
- Using the bible for weddings and offspring being born unto you
- Shutting down any court complaints that are not lawful
Law common to i is the hidden truth of natural law.
God’s law is far more powerful than anything on earth. It stands above the legal system.
It stands above the Supreme Court. Holding your own court as a man or woman and not as a title shuts down their court, their complaints, their fraud. Policies, codes, statutes and legal fictions are not law and cannot be enforced on a man or woman who knows “law common to i“.
They can only be enforced on a title such as citizen, farmer, doctor, lawyer, teacher, parent etc. Why? Because taking on a title subjects you to the society related to it. Having a title makes you far less powerful than just standing as a man or woman which is #2 on the totem pole. Only the creator is above you. Everything else (government, title, corporation, public official etc.) is beneath you.
Be careful when you define common law.
Common law and law common to i are not the same. It’s very powerful to learn the difference so that you can maintain your freedom and rights.
If you learn the difference between the two different courts, languages and jurisdictions, you can shut down their game and literally change the world for the better. Learn law common to i today and save your family and money.
